Meet Jamie

When I tell people I used to be shy, they usually laugh at me because I literally make friends everywhere I go. People at grocery stores trauma dump on me so often - I used to think I had “tell me your entire life story” written on my forehead.

Now I realize it’s simply because I take the time to listen, which is rare in such a busy and overwhelming world.

I’ve really embraced my friendliness and actually met a man who is JUST like me. Our two boys are just as friendly and they, too, never meet a stranger. It’s tough to teach them about stranger-danger when they want to talk to everyone!

Other than talking and listening , I genuinely love all things creative. I especially love to paint and practice calligraphy. I’ve been a doodler since I could hold a pencil. I find a lot of peace outdoors and I love all outdoor activities - especially traveling and camping with my boys!

I’m graduating with my CPC (certified professional coach) this spring and I’m an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) which is a very powerful tool I use with my clients.

I have several mentors and friends of all ages that I’m constantly absorbing wisdom and knowledge from. One of the most special parts of my life is my friend group. They are truly my family and have added priceless value to my life.
